Hi, I'm so glad you're here.
I started The Cotton Canvas because I wanted a creative outlet that felt wearable, shareable, and real. I'd been painting for years — canvases, walls, furniture — but something clicked the first time I painted a denim jacket and wore it out the same night.
People stopped me everywhere. They didn't ask where I bought it — they asked how I made it. That question became the seed of everything you see here.
I started hosting small events out of my home, then a local studio, then venues across Colorado. Every single time, I watched women walk in nervous and walk out glowing — carrying something they made with their own hands.
And that transformation never gets old. It's why I do this.

We design every event so that first-timers feel just as capable as seasoned crafters. Technique tips, design inspiration, and patient guidance are always included.

Our events are as much about the people around the table as the art on the canvas. We create space for real connection, laughter, and a little friendly paint-splatter.

Every item you paint is yours to keep and wear. We use quality blanks and fabric-safe paints so your creation lasts as long as your pride in making it.
